WOYWW 21 July

Well it's been a while since I played along with the 'What's on your workdesk Wednesday' challenge. But now that the kids are back at school and I am slowly getting back to my normal routine I thought it was time to post some pics.

I have two photos today, taken about 20 minutes apart. I included both because I thought I would show you how I have started hanging the RAK's that I receive on my blinds (a great idea shared by another clever stamper!) It is so much better to have them where I get to enjoy them rather than in a box huh!

You will also notice that I have pushed my desk back towards the wall, it just gives me a lot more floor space to move around in the room but I am not sure how I prefer it, so it may end up back where it was soon :)
The second photo is what is currently on my desk as I am just about to start a project, which I won't be able to share for another few days yet.

Be sure to pop over to Julia's Blog and check out the other entries this week!
Note: If they are not up yet, just check back later as it is a UK site (I think) and there Wednesday starts a bit later than ours does ;)

I love your craft area. Mine is squashed into the corner of my living room. Mind you it is slowly spreading:)

It is a UK site, I have no idea how to work out times...checking back is top advice Jodene! Your room is still tidy and ordered, however busy. Nice to have your RAKs on show, great idea. My desk is long edge under the window - same reason..smallish room and I needed floor space. Note to Sue above: soon your living room will be squashed into a corner of your craft room!!

Great way to Display your RAK's, but what happens if you want to open the blinds - or do you always keep them closed?
Have a great day crafting!

Lovely space, nice to see you back. I wonder whether I'd find it easier to keep tidy if I had a room like this 'cos I wouldn't want to mess it up - probablynot!

Oh my gosh! That is SO organised and so roomy. Looks great. Wonderful idea to display your RAKs that way - I used to keep mine in albums but ended up with way too many, so now recycle them - shame. They're all treasures.

what a superb space I would be afraid to make anything in there though as it would make a mess, love the idea of shwoing your raks on the blind.

I had the same question as Andrea about the blinds. I guess I'm a natural light kind of gal. I do like the concept, though. And it's good to see you back. Happy WOYWW.

Sorry I'm rather late in calling in. It's been really manic here the last few days and I had to pop to see my elderly neighbour in hospital last night [only a 62 mile round trip :-)].
Fab storage on show. Could spend many a happy hour playing there :-)

You are such an amazing person. I can say that because you have a well organized craft area. I am sure that all that you are doing is wonderful. With that very clean working area.

Oh you are organised! Gah! I feel jealous now because it is Impossible for me to get out my necessary supplies Before I begin to work. This means lots of frantic trips to Michaels mid-project.
Yes, I also have to dash over very quicklike to neighbors homes for eggs and creme after I get completely immersed in a recipe and realise I am out of what I need.
No matter, I still LUUURRVE your work area!

What a wonderful oasis of calm! The beautiful wall colour adds to this too... and what wonderful things emerge from within these walls! Fabulous!
Sorry about my tardy visit, but I've been slightly hors de combat since Wednesday.
Have a great weekend.
