More cards from Clean & Simple Card Making 2

Unfortunately I couldn't post these cards when I made them last week as I couldn't use my computer as my mouse died :(  But I figured even though it's too late to share them for the class I would still share them here.

This first one is a Valetine's Card I made for my hubby.

And this one I made using the glitter technique that we were shown. And I just love how sparkly this card is!

I have used a super cute digi image from Bug & Roo called Peyton Valentine at byLoriDesigns. The adorable Bug and Roo images are designed by Lori's 16 year old daughter Hannah .. such a talented young lady!

Bizzy Becs February Card Challenge

FEBRUARY CHALLENGE....

and with it being the the month of LOVE for Valentines Day we could go no further than

"FRIENDSHIP"

The prize for this month is.....

Your choice of "5" digital images  from Bizzy Becs Online Store......

And here is my card.

I stamped my image and coloured it with Copic markers. I wanted to use this gorgeous ribbon from the Card Kit but found it too soft and see through, so I folded it and stitched it on my little sewing machine which I think makes it stand out a lot more on my card.

Supplies:
Paper: Card Kit #3 from Bizzy Becs Online Store
Other: Ribbon from Card Kit #3, dotted embossing folder by Sizzix, punches, stitching, Copic markers.

Clean & Simple Card Making Day 4

This is my last card for Day 4 ... for now!   I really liked this one, as I have had fun with the chalkboard technique lately but this is a more 'clean' version.

Supplies:
Stamps: There She Goes Clear Stamps - Cutie Pi
Cardstock: Black
Other: White gel pen, Washi tape

Clean & Simple Card Making 2 - Day 4

Here is the second card I made using 'white space'.

After stamping the image, I used a brush with water to bleed some of the ink on the flowers, and also 'splatter' the cardstock with ink.   I then added some glitter glue to the centre of the flowers.

Supplies:
Cardstock: White
Stamps: Flowers by Stampin' Up! Sentiment by Hero Arts.
Ink: Cajun Craze by SU!
Other, paintbrush, glitter

Clean & Simple Card Making 2 - Day 4

Here is my first card for Day 4 - which focused on white space. In this case it is more 'blue space'.

This card was very quick and easy to put together, just stamping white ink directly onto navy cardstock. I then just added some glitter to the centre of the flowers to add a bit of sparkle.
